Flight Refund is a feature provided by tiket.com for submitting a cancellation of domestic and international flights through desktop, mobile web, and tiket.com app. Now you don’t need to worry if your plan got cancelled, with the Flight Refund feature, you can get a refund in a few quick and easy steps!

How to submit a Flight Refund request?

1. Open tiket.com app and login to your account. Choose “My Order” menu on home, go to “Flights” tab to choose on the booking that you want to cancel. Click on the three dots to find refund option.

2. Choose the flight that you want to cancel then click "Continue". Refund for flights on one booking code cannot be done separately. Make sure that your order is refundable based on each airline’s policy. If not, then the button will appear inactive.

3. Choose a refund reason that suits you best. You can choose Coronavirus Pandemic if your flight is affected by the outbreak. Then click continue.

4. Choose the passenger details that you want to cancel and double-check your most relevant refund reason. Click continue to proceed.

5. Review your cancellation request and estimated refund amount. Your refund estimation for the flight that you have selected will appear complete with the details and the refund method. To proceed, click "Continue".

6. Read the Terms and Conditions of refund and the airline's policy. Tick to agree and click continue.

7. Your refund submission is completed! You can track your submitted refund on "My Order" menu or "Refund List" on account menu. The refund status will appear as Requested, Received, On Process, or Complete. You will receive a notification if your request is refunded or rejected. Each refund will be processed up to 90 working days.

  • If your travel date is in more than 72 hours, requests will be processed within 72 hours of the travel date.
  • If you have requested a refund for the travel date that has passed, you will be contacted by email in 72 hours.
