Home Protection is insurance that you can buy together with Stay Protection. This insurance provides you with guaranteed protection due to a disaster or robbery.

Home Protection has a period of time, starting from the time the Insured check-in to the hotel up to 7 calendar days after hotel check-in.

Additional coverage of Home Protection while the Insured stays at the Hotel as below:

Benefit can be obtained by the Insured with the following conditions:

1. Events/incidents occur during customer stay at Hotel purchased through www.tiket.com, m.tiket.com and tiket.com application (IOS & Android);
2. Events/incidents occur on the date of insurance policy coverage, with the limit between one night and another night at 12 noon local time, and the limit for guests to stay in 1 (one) room is 2 (two) adults along with 2 (two) children;
3. For coverages with benefit per room per night applies in aggregate provision, which means that the maximum compensation for the Insured is the sum insured per room per night even though the occurrence is repeated, and the multiple benefits do not apply except for the Booking Cancellation by Customer coverage; and
4. An additional Home Protection applies to a maximum benefit for 1 house for each booking per room.
