1. Who can get a refund?
Anyone who has active orders that are eligible for a refund according to the accommodation policy can submit for refund.
2. How much refund amount will I receive?
The amount you’ll receive will be shown in estimated refund calculation on the last step of the refund request. If the received amount of refund is different from the estimated calculation and you wish to clarify, you can directly contact tiket.com Customer Care.
3. Will I receive a notification when my refund is successful?
Yes, there will be two email notification from tiket.com:
- When you submit a refund request, the first email will notify that your refund is being processed.
- When refund is successful, an email notification will inform you that a refund has been done successfully.
4. When will I receive my refund?
The refund process will take up to 14 calendar days after your refund request is successful.
5. Can my refund request be rejected?
With refund, all submitted refund will not be rejected. However, in the case of fraud, tiket.com may reject the refund request.
