Users will be charged depending on the installment period chosen.

- How to make repayment of Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance bills?
- Open tiket.com app, then click "Account" menu.
- Choose Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance and select on the outstanding bills that you want to pay.
- Click "Pay Bills" button.
- Choose one of the Bank Virtual Account as a payment method to continue the repayment.
- Pay the bills by following the payment instructions.
15. If booking using Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance, can it be refunded?
Refund is available for transactions with Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance.
During the refund process, your PayLater bill will continue normally until the refund process is complete. You can repay your current PayLater bill before the due date to avoid late fees and limit deactivation.
After the refund process is complete, if you have not made a bill payment, then the funds will be fully refunded to your PayLater limit. If the bill payment has been made, the funds will be allocated to pay other PayLater bills (if any) or if there are no other PayLater bills, then you can contact tiket.com's CS, Blibli’s CS, and/or Indodana Finance’s CS to process the refund to your account.
tiket.com's CS, Blibli’s CS, and/or Indodana Finance’s CS, as tiket.com’s partner, will check the customer's billing status; if it is in accordance with the conditions above, tiket.com's CS, Blibli’s CS, and/or Indodana Finance’s CS will ask for the customer's bank account information and carry out the refund process. Funds will be transferred to the customer's account within 14 calendar days after the information is received by tiket.com's CS, Blibli’s CS, and/or Indodana Finance’s CS

16. Is there any additional fees for bookings with Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance?
There are two additional fees for PayLater:
- Administration Fee/Installment
You will be charged a 2% administration fee for every transaction made using PayLater. For installments with a period of 3 (three) to 12 (twelve) months, you will only be charged an installment fee of 3% per month.
- Late Fee
Starting on 7 August 2024, there will be changes to Blibli Tiket PayLater payment due date and late payment fee. The payment due date will be changed to 1 month from the transaction date (previously 28 days).
The late payment fee will be charged 1 day after the due date (previously 4 days). The fee will remain 10% of the total transaction that month.
17. What if there is fraud using PayLater on behalf of tiket.com?
About Gestun:
Gestun is an attempt to disburse funds for purchases made with PayLater. We recommend you to not use gestun services, because this can make you vulnerable to fraud and lead to blocking your PayLater account.
About Account Takeover:
Account Takeover is fraudulent behavior that occurs when an unauthorized user uses your account to make transactions with PayLater. To prevent your account from being taken over, make sure you never give out personal information and passwords to anyone else, and make sure you change your password regularly.
18. Does Indodana Finance send an activation email?
Yes, you will receive an activation email from Indodana Finance.
19. Why does my combined limit become IDR 0 after activation?
If your limit becomes IDR 0, chances are you still have an ongoing bill. After you make a repayment for the bill, your new limit will return to normal.
20. Why can't I apply for Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance if I have a cash loan at Indodana Finance?
Indodana Finance's policy does not allow you to apply for Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance if you have a cash loan.
