2. How do I refund my Car Rentals ticket?
Requests for a refund can be made by contacting our 24-hour Customer Care. Make sure you understand the refund and reschedule conditions that have been informed in your ticket details. If your refund is approved, the refund process will take 14 calendar days. If you want to know the status of your refund, you can contact Customer Care for more detailed information.

4. What is "Rental Area" in Car Rentals bookings?
The rental area is the area covered by the Car Rentals service. There are several coverage areas that you can check in the Area Coverage section when making a reservation. Make sure you check which areas do not require additional fees according to the package you choose because there will be an additional fee if you want to use the service outside the free-of-charge area.
5. Where can I find the Car Rentals vendor's or driver's phone number?
You can get the driver's contact information on the e-ticket that will be sent to the email you registered during the reservation process or through the My Order page.
6. Does Car Rentals bookings at tiket.com include the driver's fee?
The rental you ordered includes the driver's fee. If you choose to rent a car with a driver, you can find out the information on the "Pricing Terms" page for the booking details.
7. What are "Pickup Locations" and "Drop-off Locations" in Car Rentals bookings?
The pickup location is the location you choose to be picked up by the driver and the drop-off location is your destination. If you want to stop at several destinations, make sure you tell the driver, and you might be charged some additional fees.
8. Why am I unable to find Car Rentals in certain locations?
If you cannot find the location you want when you book a Car Rentals ticket, then that location may not have been covered by tiket.com or the car unit you selected is empty or unavailable at the time.
9. What additional fees do I need to pay for Car Rentals bookings?
Every car you order offers some facilities (some include fuel, some do not). You can see the details of the facilities when making an order in the "Pricing Conditions" section.
10. Where can I find information about the type of car transmission on Car Rentals bookings?
You can find out the car transmission information in the car details when searching for your preferred car. The car transmission information is only valid if you rent without a driver (Self-Drive).
11. Can I specify the pickup time on Car Rentals bookings?
You can set the pickup time according to the available period. The pickup time that you choose has to be at least 3 hours from the booking time. The earliest pickup time is 05:00, you cannot choose a pickup time earlier than that.
12. What is the maximum distance for Car Rentals bookings?
The maximum distance that can be traveled for one Car Rentals service is 120 km. Make sure you check any special conditions such as refueling or other additional fees that may be charged according to the Car Rentals package selected at the time of booking.
To maintain health and comfort in using vehicle rental services, all passengers must wear masks, maintain distance, and maintain cleanliness. Passengers are required to follow and comply with government policies regarding land transportation travel regulations.
Rental vehicles cannot be used for public transportation, goods transportation, and the like.
Maximum use of luggage is 2 (two) suitcases in one car.
Passengers are not allowed to bring pets.
The passenger can only use the vehicle with the name listed on the booking voucher and is not transferable.
The prices listed are prices for use within the city.
The rental duration is 12 hours or a maximum of 11:59 PM in one rental day.
Prices include city pickup.
Prices do not include toll fees, fuel, parking, meal fees driver IDR 75.000, and overtime.
Prices do not include out-of-town usage fees.
Out-of-town use follows the terms & conditions of the vehicle zone.
Passenger capacity follows the vehicle capacity and policies of each region according to the applicable regulations.
The use of fuel follows the fuel volume at the time of pick up or following the initial bar (bar to bar).
The rental provider has the right to cancel the rental for reasons of force majeure (natural disaster) and has the right to refuse the renter who is deemed ineligible as a renter or acts outside the normal limits; tiket.com is not responsible for such cancellation and rejection.
tiket.com is not responsible for accidents, losses, victims, and treatment. tiket.com's scope of responsibility only extends to receiving information and giving directions to rental providers in providing compensation to renters.

The Usage Zone fee will be charged if the car is used outside the Main Zone (inner-city).
The Usage Zone fee will be charged based on the usage location zone on each rental day.
The Usage Zone fee will be charged if the Pickup Zone location is further than the Usage Zone location.
The Usage Zone fee will not be charged if the Pick-up Zone location is the same as the Usage Zone location or lower than the Usage Zone location.
Fuel costs follow the initial bar (bar to bar).
The Usage Zone fee does not include toll and parking fees.

Overtime
IDR 50.000/hour (units under 2000 cc)
IDR 75.000/hour (units above 2000 cc)
A fee will be charged if the rental duration exceeds 12 hours of use or after 11:59 PM per rental day.
Overnight Lodging Cost/OLC
IDR 150.000/Night (including driver's accommodation)
A fee will be charged if the use of the unit and the driver passes 11:59 PM both within and outside the city and requires the driver to stay overnight.
Refund
Cancellations submitted more than 24 hours (one day) before pickup time will get a 100% refund of the total rental cost.
Cancellations submitted within 6 to 24 hours before pickup time will get a 50% refund of the total rental cost.
Cancellations submitted less than 6 hours before pick up are non-refundable.
Passengers who experience symptoms and are positive for COVID-19 can reschedule but cannot be canceled. Passengers can make one reschedule in the same year by sending the results of the COVID-19 test to cs@tiket.com.
Reschedule
Reschedules submitted more than 6 hours before pick up can be made by contacting tiket.com Customer Care at 0804 1500 878, WhatsApp service at 0858 11 500 888, and emailing cs@tiket.com.
Reschedule cannot be made if submitted less than 6 hours before pick up.
Refund & Reschedule Same Day
Bookings with “Same Day” cannot be canceled and/or rescheduled.
Passengers who experience symptoms and are positive for COVID-19 can reschedule but cannot be canceled. Passengers can make one reschedule in the same year by sending the results of the COVID-19 test to cs@tiket.com.
Place an order at least 1x24 hours before the time of use. After the order is confirmed, the renter is required to provide photo documents:
Identity card (SIM A, KK, KTP, Work ID, or Student ID)
Credit card
Round-trip ticket (out-of-town orders)
Hotel vouchers (out-of-town orders)
Active social media accounts
Determine the details of the car pickup location with the rental provider.
The document verification process must be completed at least 4 (four) hours before use.
Must bring and show the original documents mentioned above when handing over the car at the agreed location.
When handing over the vehicle, the rental provider will check the authenticity of the data and the condition of the vehicle.
The rental provider has the right to cancel if the data does not match and the rental conditions cannot be completed.
If the unit ordered is unavailable, the rental provider must replace the vehicle with a higher model and a newer year with the renter's prior approval.
Renters are required to pay a maximum deposit of IDR 1,000,000 or according to the policies of each rental provider.
Deposit refunds follow the policies of each rental provider.
The use of the vehicle is not more than 250 km or following the policy of the rental provider.
The renter must return the car with fuel according to the position of the fuel volume at the time of pick up or follow the initial bar (bar to bar).
Renters are not allowed to carry passengers and goods beyond the maximum capacity of the car rented.
Accidents and sanctions caused by excess passengers and overload are the full responsibility of the renter.
Loss and damage to goods during the trip are beyond the responsibility of the rental provider and tiket.com.
The renter is responsible for replacement or repair costs for loss or damage such as, but not limited to, vehicle registration, car keys, accessories, car tools, head units, tools sets, car seats, stains, scratches, and other costs arising from the renter's negligence.
The renter is responsible for all parking, traffic, and other fines incurred due to breaking the law during the rental period.
The renter is not allowed to transfer the vehicle to another party without the permission of the rental provider.
The rental provider reserves the right to withhold the deposit if the car is damaged or if the renter violates the law during the rental period.
The rental provider is not responsible for items left in the car after the renter has handed over the vehicle.
Insurance costs and other costs arising from vehicle loss will be the customer's responsibility following the provisions of each rental provider.
Pick up and Drop off zones will be charged if pick up and dropoff areas are outside the rental provider pool.
Pick up and Drop off zones will be charged according to the location of the out-of-town zone that has been determined.

Overtime Surcharge
Use of more than 24 hours per rental day will incur an overtime fee.
Customers are required to confirm a maximum of 2 (two) hours for additional usage time before the end of the vehicle rental time.
The Overtime fee is 15% per hour of the rental price.
The maximum overtime is 3 (three) hours.
Refund
Cancellations submitted more than 24 hours (one day) before pickup time will get a 100% refund of the total rental cost.
Cancellations submitted within 6 to 24 hours before pickup time will get a 50% refund of the total rental cost.
Cancellations submitted less than 6 hours before pick up are non-refundable.
Incomplete data up to 6 hours before unit delivery will get a 25% refund.
Incomplete data at the time of unit delivery are non-refundable.
