With Driver
Don’t wanna deal with the traffic yourself, or are you worried about getting lost? You can rent the car with a driver for use in the city for 12 hours a day.
Self-Drive
Want to do a bit of exploration yourself and have more time on the road? Rent a car without a driver! You can use the car 24 hours a day.
1. Open the tiket.com app
Select Car Rentals on the homepage. Select rent With Driver (you can use the car within the city for 12 hours/day) or Self-Drive (use the car for 24 hours/day).
2. Enter Rental Location, Time, and Duration
Your rental location will follow the designated rental area, consisting of main zone (free) and additional zone (paid).
3. Select Package or Car Type
Select an All-in or Regular package to rent with a driver. Select a manual or automatic transmission car without a driver (Self-Drive).
4. Review Your Order
After selecting a car and vendor, review your order and make sure to read the information of the package you choose.
5. Additional Rental Zone
Want to go outside the main rental zone? You can add another rental zone with additional fees.
6. Continue to Payment
Complete your payment, then wait for the vendor’s confirmation. The e-ticket will be sent in a maximum of 2 working hours (operational hours: 06:00-22:00 WIB.)
