What is Stay Protection?

Stay Protection is insurance provided for tiket.com users from unexpected events while staying at a hotel. This may include cancellation of bookings, loss of items, damage to personal items, and other unexpected events that may occur throughout your hotel stay.

To add insurance to your hotel booking, change your currency option to IDR before transacting.

Stay Protection Benefits

The benefits can be obtained by the Insured with the following conditions:

Events/incidents occur during customer stay at Hotel purchased through www.tiket.com, m.tiket.com, and tiket.com application (IOS & Android);
Events/incidents occur on the date of insurance policy coverage, with the limit between one night and another night at 12 noon local time, and the limit for guests to stay in 1 (one) room is 2 (two) adults along with 2 (two) children;
For coverages with benefit per room per night applies in the aggregate provision, which means that the maximum compensation for the Insured is the sum insured per room per night even though the occurrence is repeated, and the multiple benefits do not apply except for the Booking Cancellation by Customer coverage; and
An additional Home Protection applies to a maximum benefit for 1 house for each booking per room.
