tiket.com presents Whoosh high-speed train to help you travel faster and save more time. Now, you can order Whoosh tickets from the tiket.com app and enjoy special promotions only for t-mates.

Feeder Train Schedule

Feeder Train is a free integration service provided by PT KCIC for Whoosh high-speed train passengers that connects Bandung and Padalarang Station.

How to Board Whoosh?

Arrive at the station at least 30 minutes before departure.
Scan the QR code from the app at the departure gate.
The departure gate closes 5 minutes before departure.

How to Book Whoosh Tickets?

1. Open the tiket.com app

Select Whoosh on the homepage. Then, choose the travel route based on your needs.

2. Enter your travel details

Select the departure date and set the number of passengers. Then, click “Search whoosh”.

3. Select your preferred train

Select train based on your preferred schedule, route, and price. You can also use Filter to find the right one.

4. Check the important info

Make sure you read the important information about your trip, such as the Refund and Reschedule policy.

5. Enter contact and passenger details

Fill in the contact and passenger details. Please make sure the data you provide is correct.

6. Continue to payment

Make sure you arrive at the station at least 30 minutes before because the departure gate closes 5 minutes before departure.

Whoosh Ticket Purchase

Boarding Process

Boarding is the ticket check-in process before entering the Whoosh high-speed train station's platform.
The boarding gate opens at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time and closes 5 minutes before departure.
Passengers must insert their Physical Ticket or scan the QR Code from the app at the boarding gate according to the scheduled time.
Every passenger must use their own Physical Ticket or QR Code.
Passengers are advised to arrive at the station 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Passengers who are late for boarding cannot get a refund, and the ticket cannot be used for the next trip.

Cancellation and Reschedule

Cancellations and reschedules must be processed in person at the designated train station.
Refunds should proceed to the "Refund Tiket" counter at the station. This must be done no later than 2 hours before the departure time printed on the ticket.
To request a refund, passengers must complete a refund form and provide the following:
- Identification card number
- Screenshot of the booking confirmation and payment receipt.
Please note that a 25% fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The booking fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.
⁠Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of application.

Feeder Train

Feeder Train is a complimentary service connecting Padalarang High-Speed Railway Station and Bandung Station, and is free of charge.
Passengers can access this free service by presenting their Whoosh ticket to the staff.
Passengers are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Feeder Train doors close 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time for passenger safety reasons.

Baggage Policy

Passengers are allowed to bring carry-on luggage with a maximum dimension of 100 cm x 30 cm x 40 cm or a total maximum weight of 20 kg without additional charges.
Items exceeding the free allowance will incur an additional charge of 5% of the ticket fare per kilogram.
Excess baggage fees must be paid at the departure station.
Special Items Allowed:
- Manual wheelchairs
- Baby strollers
- Walking aids
- Up to 2 regular lighters
- Nail polish, nail polish remover, and hair dye (max 20 ml each)
- Aerosol sprays (max 120 ml)
Bicycle Policy:
- Only foldable bicycles are allowed in the cabin
- Maximum weight of 20 kg
- Maximum wheel diameter: 22 inches
- Must not pose any risk of damage to the train facilities
- Non-foldable bicycles are strictly prohibited in passenger cabins and dining cars. This restriction applies to fully assembled non-foldable bicycles, disassembled bicycle components, and any type other than the foldable bicycles specified in the previous section.
Prohibited Items:
- Animals
- Firearms and sharp weapons
- Flammable or explosive materials
- Items that may disturb or harm other passengers
- Items deemed inappropriate for transport by train/station staff
- Any items prohibited by law
Baggage must be stored in overhead racks or designated areas and should not obstruct or endanger other passengers or damage the train.
PT KCIC and tiket.com are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings. Passengers are responsible for their own baggage.
Passengers will be held liable and required to pay compensation for any damage to the Whoosh High-Speed Train caused by their baggage.
