Self-Drive Jakarta Car Rentals

• Self-drive car rental reservations must be made at least 1 x 24 hours before the time of use. Once confirmed, the renter is required to provide photos of the documents listed below.
• Required documents: SIM A, KK, KTP, work or student ID, credit card, round trip transportation ticket (if booking outside the city), hotel voucher (if booking outside the city).
• The document verification process must be completed at least 4 (four) hours before use.
• The renter will agree on the location for car rental pick-up in Jakarta with the rental provider.
• Vehicles with the latest models can be provided with the agreement of the renter if the unit ordered is not available.
• There is a maximum deposit of IDR 1,000,000 or an amount specified according to the rental provider's policy.
• Deposit refunds will follow the rental provider’s policy.

 

Jakarta Car Rentals with Driver

• The All-In package price includes fuel, driver meals, tolls, and parking.
• Toll and parking fee limit: IDR 50,000/day of rental.
• Fuel usage limit: 120 km/rental day.
• Additional fuel costs will be applied if it exceeds 120 km.
• The Regular package only applies for city use (Area 0), with Area 1 and onwards costing extra.
• The All-In package includes vehicle usage for Areas 0, 1, and 2.
• Masks and social distancing are mandatory.

Terms & Conditions of Car Rental Refund in Jakarta

• If cancellation is requested more than 24 hours before pick-up, 100% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is submitted within 6 - 24 hours before pick-up, 50% of the total paid will be refunded.
• No refund if the cancellation is made less than 6 hours before pick-up.
• No refund if the canceled rental day is included in the high season date (H-7 to H+7 of Christmas, New Year, and Eid holidays).
• Refunds are processed a maximum of 14 (fourteen) working days after the refund process is approved.

 

Jakarta Car Rental Reschedule Terms & Conditions

• Schedule changes cannot be made if submitted less than 6 hours before pick-up.
• Schedule changes & rental extensions cannot be made if the canceled rental day is included in the high season date (H-7 to H+7 of Christmas, New Year, and Idul Fitri).
• Same day bookings cannot be canceled and/or rescheduled.

 

Jakarta Car Rental Overtime Fee

• Overtime is charged if vehicle usage exceeds 12 hours or continues after 23:59 local time per rental day. 
• Cars with engine capacity below 2000 cc will be charged an additional fee of Rp50,000 per hour, while cars with capacity above 2000cc will be charged Rp75,000 per hour. 
• In addition, there is also an overnight lodging cost (OLC) that is charged if the use of the vehicle and driver exceeds 23:59 local time. This OLC fee covers the driver's lodging and is charged at Rp150,000 per night.
