• Self-drive car rental reservations must be made at least 1 x 24 hours before the time of use. Once confirmed, the renter is required to provide photos of the documents listed below.
• Required documents: SIM A, KK, KTP, work or student ID, credit card, round trip transportation ticket (if booking outside the city), hotel voucher (if booking outside the city).
• The document verification process must be completed at least 4 (four) hours before use.
• The renter will agree on the location for car rental pick-up in Jakarta with the rental provider.
• Vehicles with the latest models can be provided with the agreement of the renter if the unit ordered is not available.
• There is a maximum deposit of IDR 1,000,000 or an amount specified according to the rental provider's policy.
• Deposit refunds will follow the rental provider’s policy.

• The All-In package price includes fuel, driver meals, tolls, and parking.
• Toll and parking fee limit: IDR 50,000/day of rental.

Terms & Conditions for Car Rental Refunds in Jakarta

• If cancellation is submitted more than 24 hours before pick-up, 100% of the total fees paid will be refunded.
• If cancellation is requested within 6 - 24 hours before pick-up, 50% of the total fees paid will be refunded.
• Rental fees are non-refundable if cancellation is requested less than 6 hours before pick-up.
• Funds cannot be returned if the canceled rental day is within the high season date (D-7 to D+7 of the Christmas, New Year, and Idul Fitri holidays).
• Refunds are processed a maximum of 14 (fourteen) working days after the refund process is approved.

 

Terms & Conditions for Car Rental Reschedules

• Schedule changes cannot be made if submitted less than 6 hours before pick-up.
• Schedule changes & rental extensions cannot be made if the canceled rental day is included in the high season date (D-7 to D+7 of Christmas, New Year, and Eid al-Fitr).
• Orders on the same day (Same Day) cannot be canceled and/or changed the schedule.

 

West Jakarta Car Rental Overtime Fees

• Overtime is charged if vehicle use exceeds 12 hours or continues after 23.59 local time per rental day.
• Cars with an engine capacity of under 2000 cc will be charged an additional fee of IDR 50,000 per hour, while cars with a capacity of more than 2000 cc will be charged IDR 75,000 per hour.
• Apart from that, there is also a driver accommodation fee (overnight lodging cost/OLC) which is charged if the use of the vehicle and driver exceeds 23.59 local time. This OLC fee includes the driver's accommodation and is charged at IDR 150,000 per night.
