The rescheduling of the test must be confirmed to the clinic at least 2 hours before the scheduled test.

E-ticket

E-tickets cannot be cashed.

Additional Information

Always wear a mask when in the clinic, as well as before and after the test.
The swab antigen test, PCR test, or a doctor's certificate (for those in areas where Rapid or Swab Test facilities are not available) can be used to fulfill the travel requirements.
Other tests other than those mentioned above cannot be used to fulfill travel requirements, unless otherwise specified by the latest government policy.
The validity period of the results of each test varies, following the latest government policy.
