You will be contacted by Prodia staff to schedule your visit or you can directly contact Prodia at 1500-830 for a faster scheduling process.
It is recommended to contact Prodia 3 days before the visit date that you want at 1500-830 to schedule an appointment.
Then, visit the chosen Prodia branch at the scheduled time.
Show your tiket.com voucher, a valid ID (KTP/SIM/passport), and also proof of payment to the Prodia staff in charge.
For PCR test only, you will be scheduled to do a swab test at Prodia partner hospital (the swab sample will be checked by Prodia Laboratorium).

The swab antigen test, PCR test, or a doctor's certificate (for those in areas where Rapid or Swab Test facilities are not available) can be used to fulfill the travel requirements.
Other tests other than those mentioned above cannot be used to fulfill travel requirements, unless otherwise specified by the latest government policy.
The validity period of the results of each test varies, following the latest government policy.
