Redemption Info

Go to the hospital and inform the staff in the waiting area that you have bought a test voucher on tiket.com. Also mention the type of test you ordered.
Take a queue number.
During payment, show your e-ticket code to the hospital cashier.
After the test is complete, you can immediately leave the location. Results will be sent via WhatsApp or email according to the data during registration.

Ticket(s) that has been purchased is non-refundable.
Customers are required to fill in personal data when ordering.
Ticket sales can be stopped at any time or started by tiket.com in accordance with the policies of the hospital or tiket.com.

E-ticket
