E-tickets cannot be encashed.
tiket.com won’t be responsible for e-tickets sold by third parties other than the official ticketing partner.

We only recognize transactions through the tiket.com's website and/or application. We are not responsible for transactions outside tiket.com's website and/or application.
In this event, tiket.com solely acts as a ticketing agent. Hence, any matters arising from, including but not limited to the usage of these tickets, will be the responsibility of the ticket buyer and event promoter.
Regarding the refund mechanism, tiket.com only acts as a ticketing sales platform; hence, the refund mechanism is entirely subject to the promoter's policies.
The promoter and tiket.com are not responsible for any negligence that resulted in e-vouchers and wristbands being misplaced or lost.
Any matters that arise during the event day, such as missing seats, will be the responsibility of the event promoter on the ground.
The promoter has the right to deny entry to the concert area if other people have used the ticket and the ticket is invalid.
The promoter may pursue civil and criminal legal action against audiences who obtained tickets illegally, including ticket duplication or getting tickets through an unofficial purchase procedure.
