For the Jakarta area, it will be sent free of charge by Passpod couriers, sent between Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM) or Saturday (9 AM - 2 PM).
For the Bodetabek area, it will be sent via another paid courier.

Direct Pickup

The device can be picked up directly at the Passpod office (PT. Yelooo Integra Datanet Tbk, Ruko Roxy Mas Blok C2 No. 37, Jl. KH. Hasyim Ashari, Cideng, Gambir, Jakarta Pusat 10150).
The device can only be picked up between Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM) or Saturday (9 AM - 2 PM).

General

Prices include taxes.
Ticket(s) that has been purchased is non-refundable.
Ticket(s) that have been purchased cannot be re-scheduled.
Customers are required to fill in personal data when ordering.
Ticket sales can be stopped at any time or started by tiket.com in accordance with the policies of the promoter or tiket.com.
This product is only valid for orders within the Jabodetabek area.

E-voucher

Return

The device must be returned intact and in good condition.
There are three choices for returns: returning it yourself to the Passpod office, via Alfamart, or device pickup by a Passpod courier.
First choice: you can return the device yourself to the Passpod office (see the full address in the Redemption Info section) between Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM) or Saturday (9 AM - 2 PM). Please contact 021-6385-0730 before returning.
Second choice: devices can be returned via Alfamart in the Jabodetabek area. Use the "PASSPOD" code on Alfatrex when returning it to Alfamart staff. The operational hours of each branch are different.
Third option: the device is picked up by a Passpod courier (only for the Jakarta area) between Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM) or Saturday (9 AM - 2 PM). Please contact 021-6385-0730 to confirm the time and address of the pickup.
