Redemption Info

Tickets can be exchanged according to the date and time ordered at the location.
Show the E-ticket sent via email to the ticket officer to scan the QR code listed on the e-ticket.
After successfully scanning the QR code, the customer will get an entrance ticket to enter the ride.
Customers are required to use masks and hand sanitizers and keep their distance.

Terms & Conditions

The minimum age is 13 years.
It is required to come according to the date and time determined. If you do not arrive on the specified date and time, the ticket will not be valid.
Tickets that have been purchased cannot be refunded.
It is prohibited to bring food, drink, and weapons on the ride.
It is prohibited to record or take pictures while inside the ride.
Not intended for visitors who are pregnant or have asthma, heart disease, and epilepsy.
It is prohibited to damage or take property on the rides.
Must comply to maintain health protocols such as wearing masks and using hand sanitizer.

The committee will provide organized direction & security on the rides.
All visitors are expected to follow the directions of the ride attendants.
The event committee is not responsible for any damage in the event of an accident/damage caused by the negligence/action of the visitor, either intentionally or unintentionally.

Description

Sandekala is a Sundanese myth about a kind of jinn or spirits. 'Sandekala,' which means twilight, is the time of alternation of day and night when the spirits begin to roam.

It is said that these spirits come at the turn of the afternoon and evening to disturb small children who are still playing outside the house.

Adapted from Risa Saraswati's second book entitled "Sandekala," released in 2018, "Rumah Sandekala" is a mystery vehicle that brings the stories and characters of the creatures in the book to life.
