1. Participant Requirements
- Participants must follow applicable health protocols
- Age requirements:
-Junior Dash 1 category age range 5 - 7 years old
-Junior Dash 2 category age range 8 - 12 years old
-Regular 5K category age range 13 years old and above
- Age accuracy will be seen on the day of implementation.
2. Participant Registration
- Participants can register from November 18 to December 6, 2024, as long as the quota is still available.
- Registration can be accessed through the tiket.com website.
- Participants must complete the registration form with correct data following their original identity (KTP/SIM/Passport) and are not allowed to use initial names.
- The Organizer has the right to disqualify and forfeit the registration fee if proven to have provided incorrect data and information.
- Registration data filled in by participants, such as name, category, race, gender, and t-shirt size, cannot be changed or replaced after the registration process is completed.
- Participants must complete payment following the price of the selected category until the payment status shows settlement and receive a registration confirmation email at email after registration is made (if the participant does not get an email, please check the spam/junk/promotion folder).
- If the payment process is interrupted or the participant accidentally closes the payment pop-up, the participant can repeat the registration process until successful.
- The Organizer has the right to close or extend the registration period without prior notice if the participants' capacity is considered sufficient.
- By registering, participants are deemed to agree to all rules and regulations prepared by the Organizer.
3. Race Expo
- Race packs can be collected at the Race Expo by each participant or representative starting from December 6-7, 2024, located at LRTJ Velodrome Station Lt.3.
- Race pack collection can only be done following the specified time and place.
- Attendance during race pack distribution is mandatory, so if the participant is absent, his participation status will be forfeited.
- The race pack collection can be represented by bringing a power of attorney stamped with the participant's signature and carrying the original identity card and the authorizer's original identity card.
- One power of attorney can be used to represent a participant.
- All participants will receive a race pack containing a Jersey, BIB, String Bag, and E-Racebook.
4. Race
General Provisions
- The Organizer has the right to change the implementation time and location or adjust the event.
- The Organizer has the right to use photos or videos of the participation of participants in this event without time limit.
- The committee is only responsible for providing first aid treatment and transporting it to the nearest hospital in case of injury or accident during the competition * pending insurance provisions.
- Participants who need further (intensive) help when an injury occurs are the responsibility of the participant concerned.
- All matters relating to children (especially child injuries/accidents) are the responsibility of their respective parents/companions.
- Participants agree, know, and understand that there are risks and dangers arising from participation in the competition and that they have no right to sue the Organizer for any incident that may cause bodily injury, disability, or death.
- The safety of participants during the event is the responsibility of each participant.
- Animals, bicycles, inline skates, strollers, strollers, shoes with built-in rollers, or other wheeled aids are not allowed on the route.
- Participants will uphold sportsmanship during the event and commit not to conduct detrimental to other participants.
- Participants must know and run according to the designated route.
- Participants who are declared winners complete the match with the best time record according to the race category, wear a chest number according to their data when registering, and do not commit any fraud.
- Participants who are declared winners or entitled to podium prizes are Indonesian Citizens (WNI).
- Participants who start the race before the race officially starts will be disqualified.
- Only participants who follow other rules set by the Organizer will be disqualified.
Jersey & BIB Requirements
- Participants are advised to use the jersey provided by the organizer.
- The BIB number is the participant's chest number, which must be clearly visible on the front of the participant's shirt.
- Bending, tearing, or doing anything else that may cause damage to the BIB and cause loss of your result is prohibited.
- Registration and participant's chest number are not transferable or tradable to other parties.
- Selling or transferring a participant's chest number to another person will disqualify and/or ban any individual involved in subsequent events.
5. Participant Prizes
- All Ri5e Up Fun Run 2024 finishers are entitled to a medal.
- Participants eligible for Ri5e Up Fun Run 5K podium prizes are the first, second, and third-place finishers.
- Podium prizes are only for Indonesian participants.
- The jury's decision regarding determining the winner is absolute and inviolable.
- In the event of fraud, participants can protest verbally, followed by a written protest before the winner's announcement.
- The protest letter is attached with evidence and signed using a stamp duty.
- The participant's protest fee will be forfeited if the jury's initial decision is correct.
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel, change, or substitute any prize with or without notice to the participants.
- The organizer reserves the right to award prizes within the period set by the organizer. Prizes cannot be exchanged or cashed.
- Prize collection cannot be represented or transferred, and the original identity must be shown following the registration data.
- The winner bears the prize tax.
6. Other Provisions
- The organizer only serves the storage of goods from 04.30 to 11.00 WIB.
- Participants are kept from leaving valuables in the goods storage tent provided by the organizer.
- Participants who want to leave/take goods at the goods storage counter must show BIB to the officer and fill out the goods storage form provided.
- Loss of BIB is not the responsibility of the organizer.
- Participants agree, know, and understand that the organizer is not responsible for personal belongings or property lost, damaged, or stolen during the event.
General
- 1 ticket is valid for 1 person.
- Prices include tax.
- Tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable.
- Buyers are required to fill in personal data when ordering.
- Ticket sales may be stopped or started by tiket.com at any time in accordance with the policy of the promoter or tiket.com.
E-Ticket
- E-tickets are non-refundable.

- In this case, tiket.com only acts as a ticketing agent, so matters arising in connection with the event including but not limited to the use of tickets are solely the responsibility between the purchaser and the promoter of the event.
- Regarding the refund mechanism, in this case tiket.com act as a ticket sales platform so that the refund process is fully subject to the policy issued by the promoter.
