Redemption Info
- Show the e-ticket received via email or on the “Your Orders” page in the tiket.com application to the officer in the field to scan the QR Code. Adjust the brightness level of the phone screen before showing the QR Code.

Terms & Conditions
General
- Tickets are non-refundable/NON REFUNDABLE.
- Tickets that have been purchased cannot be rescheduled.
- Buyers are required to fill in personal data when ordering.
- Ticket sales can be stopped or started by tiket.com at any time following the promoter's or tiket.com's policies.
- PIK FUN RUN is open to Indonesian citizens (WNI) with a minimum age limit of 14 years on the day of the event.
- Participants under 17 years old on the day of the event must include a Parental Consent Letter on the day of the Race Pack collection.
- Participants must fill in the registration data appropriately and correctly. After filling in the registration data, participants cannot change the registration data.
- Participants must wear the BIB number on the front of their bodies during the Race.
- BiB numbers are not transferable. This will result in the organizer canceling participation.
- Participants who do not meet the Cut Off Time and Cut Off Points and disqualified are declared as Participants who do not complete the Race and are not entitled to a finisher medal.
- Participants must refrain from obstructing/disrupting the course of the Race by disobeying instructions from the organizer and/or officers. Violating this rule may be grounds for disqualifying a Participant from the Race.
- The Race Organizer reserves the right to stop a Participant from continuing the Race if the Participant misbehaves and such Participant is disqualified from the Race.
- Carrying items that could impede the smooth running or safety of other Participants or cause danger or risk of harm to themselves or other participants is prohibited.
- The relevant police departments and transportation services control road safety. Medical services are provided by the Race Organizer in cooperation with local hospitals and medical personnel. Medical personnel are permitted to stop Participants who they see as medically unable to continue the Race.
- Timekeeping is set up for each category. All participants will be issued bib numbers with timing chips to wear during the Race. Checkpoints will be placed at the start/finish line and at designated timing points to ensure all Participants follow the official race course. Participants who fail to follow the official race course are disqualified from the Race.
- The Participant who wins the Race (“Winner”) must wear the timing chip and associated bib number. Winners must provide proof of identification to receive a prize.
- Winners who cannot provide valid proof of identification may be disqualified and not awarded the prize.
- From time to time, the Race Organizer may amend the Rules & Regulations in our sole discretion without prior notice, so Participants should regularly review the Rules & Regulations whenever accessing or using the official PIK RUN app & website.
- Participants make payments according to the specified registration fee.
- Pets and any wheeled objects (including, but not limited to, wheelchairs, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, etc.) are prohibited on the running route.
- The Organizer is not responsible for damage and/or loss of Participants' personal belongings in any form during the activity.
- The organizer can use this activity's photo or video material without a binding/time limit.
- By registering, Participants agree and comply with the PIK RUN 2024 rules set by the Organizer.
- The Organizer has the right to close the registration before the predetermined deadline with and/or without prior notice if the participant quota is met.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change and/or add to the applicable Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice.
- Participants must wear the jersey and attributes that have been determined following the provisions of the organizer.
- The Race Organizer later determines other matters not listed in these Rules & Regulations.
- General category for all ages (under 17 years old, attach parental permission).
- Master category min. 45 years old.
- Each participant is allowed to compete in only one category. This means you cannot compete in both the General and Master categories.
- Master Category cannot automatically climb to the General Category Podium, even if the Master Category time record is better than the General Category time record.
- The podium must match the name on the BIB and will be disqualified if it is proven to use Jocky Runner.
- Participants who are not included in a particular category are not entitled to a podium and do not get a prize (for example, if they are less than 45 years old, they are not entitled to a podium and prize in the master category, even though they have registered as a master).
- Indonesian-only event.
E-tickets
- E-tickets cannot be cashed
- E-tickets cannot be combined with other promotions
ATTENTION
- Only official tiket.com transactions are made through the tiket.com website and application. We are not responsible for transactions that occur outside the website and/or the tiket.com application
- In this case tiket.com only acts as a ticket selling agent, so that matters arising in connection with the event including but not limited to the use of tickets are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and the event promoter.
- Regarding the refund mechanism, in this case tiket.com acts as a ticket sales platform so that the refund process is fully subject to the policies issued by the promoter.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Participants are deemed to have understood, realized, and acknowledged that the Event carries risks that may result in injury, disability, or even death.
- Registration fees are non-refundable. The Race Organizer reserves the right to reject confirmed registrations if there is untrue, false, and/or incomplete information in the registration form.
- The Participant warrants that it is in sufficient physical readiness and state of health, is mentally and physically fit to participate in the Event, and agrees to be responsible for its actions while participating in the Event.
- The Participant agrees to hold the Organizer (including but not limited to the management/employees/affiliates of the Organizer, professionals, and other parties appointed by the Organizer and sponsors cooperating with the Organizer) harmless for all losses and damages arising in connection with the race, except if such losses and damages occur from matters proven to be intentional.
- The race will be canceled in case of matters beyond the control of the Organizer and the Manager (including heavy rain, storms, calamities, strong resurgence of pandemic outbreaks, large and massive demonstrations, non-issuance of race permits, or other reasons). If the race is canceled due to matters beyond the control of the organizers, the Registration Fee is not refunded, and the Organizers and Managers are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience incurred.
THERE IS NO RACE PACK COLLECTION ON THE DAY.
RACE PACK COLLECTION SCHEDULE WILL BE INFORMED FROM THE COMMITTEE.
Participant's Statement and Guarantee
- I declare and guarantee that I am in excellent and healthy condition.
- I declare and guarantee that I have no medical condition or medical history that will affect my participation in this Midea Run To Party event.
- I acknowledge that this Midea Run To Party event requires physical activity and has possible risks and dangers.
- I represent and warrant that I release the organizers of this Midea Run To Party from all liability to anyone in the event of an accident, minor or major injury, illness, onset of disease, death, or other matters suffered by the participant.
Additional Information
By registering for this PIK FUN RUN, each participant acts on their behalf/guardian by consciously understanding all applicable requirements from the organizer and waives all material and immaterial lawsuits against the organizer in this PIK FUN RUN.
