One ticket is valid for 1 (one person) at 1 (one) scheduled performance.
The audience can show the e-ticket through their respective devices to be scanned upon arrival.
The performance duration is 150 minutes, with a 20-minute intermission between acts.
Performances are not continuous. Each scheduled performance will feature the same show.
This show is a musical theater performance of original dangdut songs, directed by AULION.
This show is recommended for audiences aged 15 years and above.
Children under 4 years old are prohibited from entering the theater.
Children over 4 years old who join the audience must have a ticket.
Late arrivals must wait until the interval between scenes to enter the theater.
The audience must attend according to the selected schedule and sit according to the chosen seat number.
Tickets that have been purchased cannot be returned or exchanged for other schedules.
Bringing food and drinks into the theater is prohibited.
By purchasing an event Ticket, you have consented to the collection, storage, and limited use of your data for the event.
Each Ticket Holder who comes to the event area is responsible for their own personal safety, health, and security. The Sponsors/Brands/Organizers/Management are not responsible for, including but not limited to, any injury or damage that may occur to Ticket Holders during or at the event.
Tickets are transferable, provided a photocopy of the original owner's official identity and a letter of authorization that the ticket has been transferred are brought.

E-ticket

E-tickets cannot be encashed.
tiket.com won’t be responsible for e-tickets sold by third parties other than the official ticketing partner.

The promoter has the right to deny entry to the concert area if other people have used the ticket and the ticket is invalid.
The promoter may pursue civil and criminal legal action against audiences who obtained tickets illegally, including ticket duplication or getting tickets through an unofficial purchase procedure.
