Tickets can only be used 1x on February 16, 2025.
Tickets can only be scanned 1x when entering the concert venue, and the organizers have the right to prohibit entry if the ticket has been used or is invalid.
Single Entry. It can only be scanned 1x to enter the concert venue. Not allowed to exit and re-enter except for emergencies.

The selected Seat Number is absolute and cannot be exchanged again.

Show the e-ticket received via email or on the “Your Orders” page in the tiket.com application to the officer in the field to scan the QR Code. Adjust the brightness level of the phone screen before showing the QR Code.
After the QR Code has been successfully verified, the customer will get a wristband that can be used to enter the venue.

Terms & Conditions

General

Tickets are officially sold only through tiket.com.
Tickets are only valid on February 16, 2025.
The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased is 4 per transaction.
Ticket prices include a 10% Tax and a 5% Admin Fee.
Purchasing tickets for the NIKI—BUZZ WORLD TOUR in Jakarta 2025 concert must use the name according to a valid identity card. Ensure you buy tickets using your valid and correct data (Identity Card/KK/KTP/SIM/Passport). Your ticket must remain the same and/or modified after the purchase has been made.
Children aged 12 years and above are required to purchase tickets with a valid ID.
Every ticket purchase will receive an e-ticket/e-voucher via email.
The barcode in the e-ticket/e-voucher is the access to enter the Event Venue.
The barcode is confidential and may not be shared.
Tiket.com and the Promoter are not responsible if someone else damages or uses the barcode.
There is no exchange of e-tickets/e-vouchers into physical tickets.
E-tickets/e-vouchers can be shown physically (printed out) or screen-captured on a cellphone, which will be scanned and then given a wristband.
Must bring a screen capture of the barcode on the e-ticket/e-voucher or a physical form (printout ticket/e-voucher containing a barcode that will be scanned and a valid ID, such as a KTP / Family Card.
Tickets are sold directly by the Promoter to consumers. Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders violating the Terms & Conditions of ticket sales will be canceled. Agreeing to these terms and conditions confirms that you are a consumer.
Tickets cannot be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to prizes, competitions, contests, or raffles. Tickets sold or used in breach of these terms may be canceled without refund, and the Ticket Holder will be refused entry into the event area without exception. The Promoter shall not be liable for any Ticket Purchaser's negligence, which results in the ticket falling into the hands of another person and being used as an entry token, thereby depriving the Ticket Purchaser of the right to enter the event area.
Your Tickets will be INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE. Tickets sold through third parties and other unauthorized outlets, including online auction sites (such as Viagogo, Stubhub, tiketX, thekaryll, gigsgeeks, etc), are not valid for admission. The resale of Tickets makes them unauthorized and may result in denial of entry.
Each Ticket Holder coming to the event area is responsible for personal safety, health, and security. The Sponsors/Bands/Hosts/Management of the event shall not be liable for, including but not limited to, any injury, damage, or loss that may occur to any Ticket Holder during or at the event.
E-tickets/e-vouchers can be transferred by including a valid ID from the person who purchased the ticket, along with a power of attorney complete with a wet signature, on a stamp duty of Rp. 10,000, and brought to the venue.
All Ticket sales are final. Tickets that have been purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
By purchasing tickets for the NIKI—BUZZ WORLD TOUR concert in Jakarta 2025, you consent to the collection, storage, and limited use of your personal data for this concert.
By purchasing tickets for the NIKI - BUZZ WORLD TOUR in Jakarta 2025 concert, the ticket holder grants the event promoter and sponsors the right to conduct video and image recordings * Maintain the confidentiality of the ticket QR code from irresponsible parties. In part or in whole, on any channel/platform, including but not limited to magazines, social media, and TV channels for broadcast on any media worldwide, for advertising, publicity, and promotions related to the concert.
Ticket Purchasers must provide the following items and wristbands to gain entry on the concert day.
E-tickets cannot be cashed
E-tickets cannot be combined with other promotions

ATTENTION

Only official tiket.com transactions are made through the tiket.com website and application. We are not responsible for transactions that occur outside the website and/or the tiket.com application
In this case tiket.com only acts as a ticket selling agent, so matters arising in connection with the event including but not limited to the use of tickets are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and the event promoter.
Regarding the refund mechanism, in this case tiket.com acts as a ticket sales platform so that the refund process is fully subject to the policies issued by the promoter.

General T&C

A valid ticket is one purchased through the tiket.com website, we are not responsible if you buy a ticket outside an official ticketing partner.
Buyers must fill in personal data when ordering (Name, Email, Tel No, NIK).
It is recommended not to bring children under the age of 12.
One email can only buy a maximum of 4 tickets in 1x transaction.
One ticket is valid for one person.
Tickets are not transferable for any reason.
Tickets that have been purchased cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for the loss or misuse of e-tickets.
It is forbidden to bring food and drinks outside into the venue.
It is prohibited to carry and use any illegal drugs, narcotics, psychotropics, or items that contain other dangerous substances.
It is forbidden to bring sharp/fire weapons, explosives, and objects that are prohibited under the provisions of the applicable law into the venue.
It is prohibited from bringing selfie sticks and professional cameras into the venue (mirrorless, DSLR, and the like).
It is not allowed to bring a pet here.
The organizers take firm action and have the right to expel visitors if they do not comply with the health protocols that have been implemented.
The organizer has the right to:

Prohibit visitors from entering if the Ticket has been used by someone else.
Prohibit visitors from entering the venue area if the ticket used is invalid.
Prohibit entry into the event area if some terms & conditions are not met or deliberately create riots / cause things that are detrimental to one party or another party.
Process or file legal proceedings, whether civil or criminal, against visitors who obtain tickets illegally, including counterfeiting and duplicating valid tickets or obtaining tickets in a way that does not follow procedures.

Additional Information

The promoter organizer is not responsible for the negligence of the ticket buyer which results in the ticket falling into the hands of another person (in the possession of another person) to be used as a sign of entry to the performance venue or to exchange tickets which eliminates the buyer's right to enter the festival venue to exchange e-vouchers.
