Go Explore Terms and Conditions

The departure schedule is only every Saturday (07.30 AM).
Meeting point: Dermaga Kali Adem, Muara Angke, Jakarta, at 07.00 AM.
One person can register and will join other tour participants (sharing).
1 Tour ticket in the Thousand Islands is valid for one domestic / Indonesian tour participant (KTP holder). Not valid for foreigners (non-Indonesian citizens).
The ticket price includes a round trip boat ticket from Kali Adem Pier. Also inclusive of the pier entrance fee.
Children age 2 years old and above will be charged full price.
Must confirm a reservation, 2 days before the schedule of the tour.
Tickets are excluding additional activities (additional food and drink).

Sharing Room

1 room is for 3-4 people.
Will be separated between rooms for women and men.
If you don't want to share lodging with other participants, you can upgrade your room (IDR 300,000 - IDR 350,000) or homestay (IDR 450,000 - IDR 600,000).

Cancel, Reschedule, and Refund

This order cannot be canceled or refunded. This policy applies after the order is confirmed.
Rescheduling can be done once with confirmation at least 3 days in advance.
Cancellation from the organizer is carried out if in conditions of unpredictable force majeure and is considered to endanger safety.

COVID-19 Prevention Protocol at the Dock

Tour participants must wear a mask and bring a hand sanitizer.
Bring personal identity, KTP, SIM, or other identification that is valid in the Jabodetabek area.
The tour participants’ body temperature will be checked by the North Jakarta Health Agency and the Thousand Islands Sub-Department at the dock. The body temperature of tour participants in order to participate in this activity is 37 degrees Celsius and below.
At the dock, if the tour participant's body temperature is above 37 degrees Celsius, the tour participant will immediately be taken to an ambulance that has been provided for further examination or will be allowed to return home.
If the body temperature is normal, tour participants can go directly to the ticket counter and queue while doing social distancing.
After purchasing tickets, the tour participants wait at the pier with distanced seats from the other passengers.
When called, tour participants queue up (still physical distancing) to enter the cruise ship.

COVID-19 Prevention Protocol on The Speed

Tour participants must wear a mask during the trip.
Tour participants are required to wear a life vest for safety during the cruise.
Tour participants must sit at a distance and carry out health protocols with other passengers.
Tour participants clean their hands with a hand sanitizer when entering and exiting the ship.

COVID-19 Prevention Protocol in the Thousand Islands

For residential islands, after the tour participants get off the ship to the dock, they will get their body temperature checked by the Thousand Islands Health Department.
For resort islands, after the tour participants get off the ship to the dock, Island Resort staff will check their body temperature.
For Residential Island, if the body temperature is above 37 degrees Celsius, tour participants will go directly to the local Puskesmas / RSUD for further examination and rest in the wardroom.
For the Resort Island, if the body temperature is above 37 degrees Celsius, tour participants are welcome to take a short break waiting for the ship to be taken to the Health Post at the nearest island health center/hospital to be followed up by the Thousand Islands Health Sub-Department.
If the body temperature is normal, tour participants can go directly to the homestay/cottage and must wear a mask during the tour.
Tour participants must clean their hands with a hand sanitizer before and after eating and when going out and entering the homestay/cottage.
Service providers and tourism businesses such as restaurants and homestays impose a maximum limit of 50% guest capacity. For catering, it is mandatory to serve food using boxes.

Additional Information

The price of the Pulau Pari tour package does not include travel insurance, transportation to the Kaliadem Pier, toiletries, guide tips (optional), Bintang Beach entrance tickets, canoes, watersports (banana and sofa boat).
The price of this Pulau Pari tour package includes the entrance fee for the Kali Adem Pier. So you only need to bring and show your KTP and tiket.com voucher when you arrive at the dock.
