COVID-19 Prevention Protocols

Please wear masks and socks while playing at Playtopia for everyone's safety.
Please follow the health protocols, use hand sanitizer, and keep a distance of 1.5m while queuing or playing. If you feel unwell or have a body temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius, please visit another time.
Children must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 17 years old and has received the COVID-19 vaccine.
One ticket allows one child (0-16) and one adult (17>= with valid ID).
Tickets bought through tiket.com are only valid at Playtopia Emporium Pluit Mall. Follow the health protocols to avoid being asked to leave without a refund.

The Playtopia Playground ticket prices do not include socks rental costs (IDR 10,000) if you don't bring your own socks.
The minimum age of visitors to play is 10 years, while the maximum age is 14 years.
For the Air Coaster game, visitors must have a minimum height of 110 cm and a maximum weight of 80 kg.
You can bring your own socks from home if you don't want to rent socks on the spot.
