Ticket(s) that has been purchased is non-refundable.
Ticket(s) that have been purchased cannot be rescheduled.
Customers are required to fill in personal data when ordering.
Ticket sales can be stopped at any time or started by tiket.com in accordance with the policies of Playtopia or tiket.com.
The last entry is at 09.00 PM.
Ticket is only valid on the chosen Playtopia branch.
Children who are playing need to be a minimum of 2 years old and maximum 14 years old.
One ticket is valid for 1 child visitor and 1 adult companion.
For the Air Coaster game, visitors must have a minimum height of 110 cm and a maximum weight of 80 kg.

E-ticket

E-tickets cannot be cashed.

COVID-19 Prevention Protocols

It is mandatory to follow the health protocols in Playtopia. In the event of a violation, Playtopia reserves the right to ask visitors to leave the area without a refund.
Use hand sanitizer and keep a distance of at least 1.5m when queuing and playing.
If you are unwell and/or your body temperature is above 37.5 degrees Celsius, please visit another time.
Each child has to be accompanied by a companion who is at least 17 years old and has received the COVID-19 vaccine.
One ticket allows one child (0-16) and one adult (17>= with valid ID).

Additional Information

The Playtopia Playground ticket prices do not include socks rental costs (IDR 10,000) if you don't bring your own socks.
The minimum age of visitors to play is 10 years, while the maximum age is 14 years.
For the Air Coaster game, visitors must have a minimum height of 110 cm and a maximum weight of 80 kg.
You can bring your own socks from home if you don't want to rent socks on the spot.
Wearing sports clothes that are suitable for indoor or outdoor.
