Redemption Info

Show the e-ticket received via email or on the “Your Orders” page in the tiket.com application to the officer in the field to scan the QR Code. Adjust the brightness level of the phone screen before showing the QR Code.
After the QR Code has been successfully verified, the customer will get a wristband that can be used to enter the venue.

General

Valid tickets are those purchased through the tiket.com website, we are not responsible if tickets are purchased outside of official ticketing partners
Buyers are required to fill in personal data when ordering (Name, Email, Telephone Number, ID Number)
It is recommended not to bring children under 12 years of age
One email can only purchase a maximum of 4 tickets in 1 transaction
One ticket is valid for one person
Tickets cannot be transferred for any reason

Prohibit entry into the event area if there are terms & conditions that are not fulfilled or deliberately create riots / cause things that are detrimental to one party or another.
Processing or filing legal proceedings, whether civil or criminal, against visitors who obtain tickets illegally, including falsifying and duplicating valid tickets or obtaining tickets in a way that does not comply with procedures.

The organizers take firm action and have the right to expel visitors if they do not comply with the health protocols that have been implemented
