“ReVeluv” Membership (GL) Pre-Sale (Weverse) will start on July 30, 2024, at 12.00 - 9.59 P.M. with a maximum purchase of 2 (two) tickets.
General Sale will start on July 31, 2024, at 12.00 P.M. with a maximum purchase of 4 (four) tickets.
All categories are seated with seating numbers.
Seats will be assigned by tiket.com's system at the best availability, so that it may be possible for the same order ID to be seated separately.
Ticket prices include 10% tax and ticket processing fees but exclude platform fees.

Show the e-ticket received via email or on the “Your Orders” page in the tiket.com application to the officer in the field to scan the QR Code. Adjust the brightness level of the phone screen before showing the QR Code.
You have to show your valid identity card. For customers under 17 years old, you can use a student card if you don't have an identity card.
If the ticket redemption process will be represented, it is mandatory to bring a power of attorney on behalf of the buyer (the name has to be the same as the one written on the e-ticket) as well as ID card photocopies of the giver and the recipient of the power of attorney.

Tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable.
Tickets that have been purchased cannot be rescheduled.

2. How many tickets can I purchase?

A: 2 (two) tickets/account for "ReVeluv" Membership (GL) Pre-Sale and 4 (four) tickets/account for General Sale.

3. Is the ticket price inclusive of tax?

A: Ticket prices include 10% tax and ticket admin fees but do not include platform fees.

4. Can I choose my seat?

A: No, the seat number will be assigned automatically by the tiket.com system.

5. Am I going to obtain a seat number?

A: Yes, the seat number will be received after payment on your e-voucher.

6. Do I need to provide any personal information when purchasing tickets?

A: Yes, you will need to provide basic information such as: Full Name (according to your ID), ID Card number (KTP/SIM/Student Card/PASSPORT), Phone Number, etc. You must bring your registration ID Card and e-voucher for ticket redemption. Please input your active email because the e-voucher and purchase receipt will be sent by email.

7. Does tiket.com accept foreign credit cards? How do overseas fans get the tickets after making a purchase?

A: Foreign credit cards with the Visa and Mastercard logos are accepted for online booking. Overseas fans can exchange e-vouchers for physical tickets according to the schedule, which will be announced in the following announcement.

8. Are the tickets exchangeable or refundable?

A: Tickets you purchased are NOT exchangeable and refundable in any circumstances.

A: Strictly no admission for infants in arms or children aged below 8 years old. Anyone between 8 - 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult age 18 and above and must buy the same ticket category. One adult can accompany up to 2 children.

11. What if I'm pregnant or have a disability but still want to watch the concert?

A: For convenience and safety, regardless of the ticket category you purchase, we will place persons with disabilities who use wheelchairs in the disabled area behind the Platinum category.
