One ticket is valid for one visitor.
1 account can only purchase a maximum of 4 tickets.
1 account is allowed to purchase more than 1 session in separate transactions. (Example: You want to buy afternoon session and evening session tickets. So, you have to make 2x transactions, with a scheme of 1x transaction for the afternoon session and 1x transaction for the evening session).
Children under 15 years old are required to bring an accompanying person. Companions are required to buy tickets.
Seat numbers in all categories will be shared approximately one week before the event via the email used for tiket.com account. Make sure that your registered email is always active.
Tickets must be redeemed for wristbands before the event. Redemption can be made on August 16 from 15:00 to 21:00 WIB, and on August 17 from 08:00 WIB - finished.

Redemption Info

Show the e-ticket received via email or on the “Your Orders” page in the tiket.com application to the officer in the field to scan the QR Code. Adjust the brightness level of the phone screen before showing the QR Code.
You have to show your valid identity card. Customers under 17 years old can use a student card if they don't have an identity card.
If the ticket redemption process will be represented, it is mandatory to bring a power of attorney on behalf of the buyer (the name has to be the same as the one written on the e-ticket) as well as ID card photocopies of the giver and the recipient of the power of attorney.
After the QR code is successfully verified, the customer will get a wristband that can be used to enter the venue.
Customers must comply with all health and security protocols during the event.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
Purchased tickets cannot be rescheduled.

Ticket sales can be stopped or started by tiket.com at any time following the promoter's or tiket.com's policies.

It is recommended for children under 15 years of age to have a companion.

E-ticket

E-tickets cannot be encashed.
