General
- Price includes tax.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
- Purchased tickets cannot be rescheduled.
- Purchasers are required to fill in their details when ordering.
- The show will still take place in rain or shine.
- The minimum age of the audience is 5. Those under this age are not allowed to enter. If they disrupt the concert, they must be taken out of the concert hall.
- To enter the venue, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with an adjacent ticket.
The following items are not permitted in the venue and will be removed with or without their owners from the venue:
- Video cameras, professional cameras, or cameras with detachable lenses, monopods, tripods, or other extension devices.
- Persons/journalists without special ID from the Organizer carrying professional recording devices (professional cameras, video recording devices, and sound recording devices);
- Alcohol, any cigarettes, illegal drugs, including food and drinks from outside the Event Venue;
- Pyrotechnic or explosive objects, including fireworks, candles, or matches;
- Flammable materials, including alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, and pressurized cologne;
- Dangerous or potentially dangerous objects including but not limited to sporting goods, guns, knives, firearms, laser devices, iron rods, wooden sticks, sharp objects, helmets, iron/plastic rivets, self-defense sprays (tear gas, pepper spray), electric shock weapons or other electric shock devices;
- Other suspicious objects that could be used as weapons or projectiles include tools, chemicals, suspicious powders, umbrellas, selfie sticks, and different types of poles or tripods.
- Set events and schedules are subject to change without notice.
- Tickets can only be purchased through tiket.com ("Authorized Ticket Outlet").
- Tickets are only used for admission to the Richard Clayderman The Prince Returns 2024 Asia Tour Jakarta concert. Please only purchase tickets from the Official Ticket Outlet. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be counterfeit and invalid. The Organizer is not responsible for ticket fraud purchased through other parties.
- The maximum ticket purchase is 6 tickets per transaction per account.
- Ticket prices exclude entertainment tax, platform fees, and service fees.
- Tickets may only be used by the original authorized purchaser following the ID card ("Authorized Purchaser") and any authorized recipient (collectively "Ticket Holder") and are not transferable to any other person.
- By purchasing tickets, the Authorized Purchaser agrees to all of the Terms and is legally bound to comply with them. The Authorized Purchaser agrees to inform all its authorized recipients of these Terms in full. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Please check back periodically for changes to the Terms.
- 1 e-ticket/e-voucher is valid for 1 name and 1 Identity Card Number (KTP). For ticket holders under 17 years of age, personal identification (Student Card/Family Card/Passport) may be used to access the venue.
- The e-ticket/e-voucher QR Code is confidential, must not be damaged, and must be disseminated anywhere until you successfully enter the concert venue.
- Ticket Holders cannot remove the stamp while at the Event Venue.
- Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason.
- By providing the e-voucher QR Code to be scanned by the attendant, you have consented to collecting and using your data for Richard Clayderman's The Prince Returns 2024 Asia Tour Jakarta.
- Tickets may not be sold, transferred, or used for any commercial or trade purposes, including but not limited to promotions, contests, commercial or advertising purposes, housing, hotels, vacation rentals, raffles, charity prizes, or other activities, without the prior written consent of the Organizer.
- No sponsorship, on-site marketing, sampling, vending, coupon/product distribution, or other promotional activities may take place at the Event (including in the parking lot) without the prior written consent of the Organizer in each instance. Any ticket used in violation of this provision will be revoked and invalidated, and its bearer will be deemed a trespasser at the Event.
- Resale or attempted resale of tickets may be grounds for license termination and ticket cancellation.
- The ticket purchaser grants the Organizer (and its designees) the right to include the Bracelet User's image, likeness, actions, and statements in any audio, video, film, webcast, streaming, or other live or recorded transmission, exhibition, simulcast or reproduction of, or at, the Event in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further permission or otherwise.
- In the event of the Event's cancellation, ticket money will be refunded following the Organizer's terms. Ticket administration fees, convenience fees for credit card payments, and other personal expenses (e.g., travel, accommodation, etc.) will not be refunded.
- The ticket purchaser and the purchaser's belongings are subject to search upon entry to the Event Venue. The purchaser consents to such search and waives any related claims that may arise against the Organizer and its team. If the ticket purchaser does not consent to such search, the ticket purchaser may be refused entry to the Event Venue.
Ticket purchasers understand and agree that there are certain risks such as injury, illness, and/or death associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to the risks associated with the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutations, adaptations or variations thereof, "COVID-19"). Ticket purchasers understand and agree:
- that the risk of exposure to COVID-19 cannot be eliminated and may be increased by being near others,
- that the inherent and increased risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in public places or places where people gather,
- that attending Events may involve close contact with others,
- that there is no guarantee, express or implied, that Bracelet Users will not be exposed to COVID-19 and
- that exposure to COVID-19 may result in the need for quarantine, illness, disability, and other short and long-term health effects, including death.
- In connection with this risk, the ticket purchaser is willing to assume ALL known and potential risks and hazards of injury and/or death from whatever cause resulting from, in connection with, or incidental to the Event, including exposure to COVID-19. The ticket purchaser expressly assumes all risks and hazards arising out of or related to the Event, whether such risks occur before, during, or after the Event, and agrees that the Releasees (defined below) shall not be liable for such risks and hazards.
- Ticket purchasers forever release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue the Event's owner, the Event's producer, the Event's Organizer, or the Event's performers. The artists and their managers, agents, and representatives; the Event ticket agent and/or ticket service provider; and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, successors, trustees, and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees") from any known or unknown claims, losses, damages, liabilities, demands, actions, injuries, or death, including those relating to COVID-19 or any other illness or injury that a ticket purchaser may suffer while at the Event, regardless of whether caused by the negligence or other fault of the Releasees or any third party (collectively a "Claim" or, as used individually, a "Claim").
E-ticket
- E-tickets cannot be cashed.
