iMe Indonesia only sells tickets through tiket.com as an official ticketing partner and does not cooperate with other parties such as illegal ticketing services, scalpers, or other people acting on behalf of iMe Indonesia.
Tickets are prohibited from being used as promotional gifts or giveaways by any party for commercial/non-commercial needs, without an official agreement with iMe Indonesia and artist management.
iMe Indonesia will not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of purchasing tickets outside of tiket.com as our official ticketing partner.
All allegations that lead to defamation of iMe Indonesia, directly or through social media, will be brought to legal action following applicable laws and regulations.
Beware of swindlers who may attempt various forms of theft and sales of fake tickets through illegal sales of booking information, ticket sales on unofficial platforms, or impersonation of staff.
Using or distributing tickets for advertising and/or publicity without the explicit permission of the Company is considered illegal.
The tickets cannot be refunded. If the customer purchases the tickets means that you have accepted all of the terms and conditions from the promoter.

E-ticket

E-tickets cannot be encashed.
tiket.com won’t be responsible for e-tickets sold by third parties other than the official ticketing partner.
