Regular Tickets are on sale from Sunday, September 1, 2024.
Regular tickets can be used to attend the exhibition starting Sunday, September 29, 2024.
The exhibition will take place at Taman Anggrek Mall Floor UG (Upper Ground) from 10.00 A.M. - 10.00 P.M.
There will be two categories of Regular Tickets: (1) Weekday and (2) Weekend.
Weekday Tickets (Monday - Friday) and Weekend Tickets (Saturday - Sunday).
There are 27 time sessions to choose from each day.
The minimum age limit to enter BSTARVERSE Indonesia is 12 years old.
The ticket price includes an 11% tax but excludes a 2% platform fee.
The organizer is not responsible for counterfeit tickets or those purchased outside tiket.com.

Ticket Redemption Date: Following the selected exhibition ticket date.
Ticket Redemption Place: Ticket box at the BSTARVERSE Indonesia exhibition location at Taman Anggrek Mall UG floor (Upper Ground).

How to Redeem Tickets

Show the e-ticket received via email or on the "Your Orders" page in the tiket.com application to the staff in the field to scan the QR Code.
Adjust the brightness level of the phone screen before showing the QR Code.
Must show a valid ID card. For customers under 17 years old and do not have an identity card, it can be replaced with a student card.
After the QR Code has been verified, customers will get a wristband that can be used to enter the exhibition.
Visitors are required to comply with the rules that apply in the BSTARVERSE exhibition.

Terms & Conditions

General

Visitors are required to purchase exhibition tickets in advance on the tiket.com website.
Tickets cannot be used for commercial purposes, including (and not limited to) prizes, competitions, contests, or raffles, without the organizer's consent. Tickets sold or used that do not comply with the rules stated may be canceled without a refund, and the ticket holder will be denied entry into the exhibition area without exception.
You only need to show your e-ticket in any form (e.g., cellphone, paper, etc.) at the time of ticket redemption.
Ticket buyers will receive freebies such as a photo card with a zip lock and Army star badge.
You may take photos or videos in permitted areas.
No returns: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other tickets.
No Date or Time change: Tickets are valid only on the date and time/session indicated on the ticket. All changes of date and time will be allowed if officially notified by the organizer.
Visitors must adhere to the scheduled session time slot to enter the exhibition.
Punctual attendance: Visitors must arrive before the time indicated on the ticket. Tardiness may result in denial of entry or limitations in attending the exhibition.
Security checks: The organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks upon entry to the exhibition venue. Visitors must be willing to comply with applicable security procedures.
Code of conduct: Visitors must abide by the exhibition's conduct. Those who violate the code of conduct may be ejected from the exhibition premises without a ticket refund.
By purchasing, possessing, and using the ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions stated on this ticket.
You agree that tickets purchased are non-refundable, and No Exchanges are permitted under any circumstances.
There are no refunds for any tickets.
If you do not use your ticket, then the money is non-refundable.
The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

E-Ticket

Please arrive 20 minutes before your session time for ticket exchange.
Everyone must enter according to the session time indicated on the ticket.
This exhibition has a no re-entry policy with the same ticket.
The exhibition is one-way, and visitors may not re-enter the area they have passed.
There are 27 sessions a day with an interval of 25 minutes each session.
You can only enjoy the VR experience at most 5 minutes late. Please arrive on time, as tickets cannot be canceled or refunded.
E-tickets are non-refundable.
E-tickets cannot be combined with other promotions.

Risk Information

The BSTARVERSE event will utilize Virtual Reality (VR) visual devices that allow ticket buyers to experience the BTS group band's performance on an immersive reality level.
Although generally proven safe for human health, VR goggles may cause different side effects for each individual. Common symptoms that may be experienced are dizziness, nausea, disorientation, or visual discomfort. Remove the VR goggles immediately and take a short break to readjust if these symptoms occur. For individuals who have a history of epilepsy or heart disease or are sensitive to flashes of light (photosensitive), please be careful by following the instructions submitted by the organizing committee.
By proceeding to the payment process, BSTARVERSE event ticket buyers acknowledge and understand the potential risks involved in the immersive performance. As a result, the organizer of the BSTARVERSE event must be released from responsibility for any incidents that may occur.
