Class description:
Body Sculpt by Ahilya (Core Collective)
- Fun and challenging fusion of HIIT cardio, barre, Pilates and stretch, with minimal equipment (light weights and yoga mat).
- Suitable for men and women, with a good balance of high and low intensity.
- Modifications of exercises can be provided.
- Session is designed for all levels.
- Class is done barefoot on yoga mat.
- Things to note: Bring your own water bottle.
Power Yoga by Kenneth (Yoga Movement)
- Carefully planned and curated to prepare your body for a peak pose, which is a more challenging posture.
- It will be broken down in a step-by-step manner towards the end of class - more learning and more time to explore the pose!
- Things to note: Bring your own towel.
Yoga: Stretch & Release at the office by Munira (Core Collective)
- Whether in between sitting down or after work, this yoga class gives you the time and space to stretch and release all your tight and stiff muscles

All classes will be held at the respective studios at a fee of just $9. Each class comes with a goodie bag too!
Note: Each participant can only attend one (1) session.
