The theater is situated on the second floor and with stairs access only; visitors with wheelchairs or other mobility limitations must be accompanied and assisted by their companions
Please arrive at the counter and present the voucher 30 minutes before the selected time; the staff reserves the right to adjust actual entry times for those who arrive outside the scheduled show times

Taking videos and photos of the show is strictly prohibited. Any person caught illegally photographing or recording the event will be dealt with by the venue's security
