Redemption Info

The e-ticket in the "Your Orders" menu is only a confirmation (not an actual ticket).
You will receive an immediate confirmation. Please let us know if you are still waiting to receive an order confirmation.
Please go to the green ticket machine and collect a physical ticket by scanning the e-ticket QR Code and non-Japanese passport. (Select the desired language at the ticket machine in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Korean).

If the exchange machine is broken or your passport doesn't have an IC chip, please go to the JR-WEST Ticket Office to exchange for a physical ticket.
Then, the physical ticket was successfully exchanged.
How to exchange reserved seat tickets: Before boarding the train, please go to the green ticket machine and take a physical reserved seat ticket according to the pass area.

Check the official website for the operating hours of each JR West Japan station.
The voucher is valid for 90 days, starting from the booking confirmation date. Ends at 11:59 pm on the last day.

Reserved seat redemption information for the JR-West Rail Pass

Different passes can be exchanged multiple times for reserved seat tickets.
Rail Pass reserved seat tickets must be exchanged separately (Please make a reservation via the machine or the green ticket counter).
Rail Pass can take non-reserved seats if the number of reserved seats runs out or there is no ticket exchange for reserved seats.
Reserved seat tickets can be used for unlimited travel by making a manual reservation at the green counter from the 7th use onwards and cannot be exchanged at a ticket machine.
Reserved seat tickets can be exchanged six times.
If the number of trips exceeds the reserved seats, the original ticket can be used directly to board a train that has yet to be booked.

Ticket(s) that has been purchased is non-refundable.
Ticket(s) that have been purchased cannot be rescheduled.
Customers are required to fill in personal data when ordering.
Ticket sales can be stopped at any time or started by tiket.com in accordance with the policies of promoter or tiket.com.
Valid only for non-Japanese passport holders holding a Temporary Visitor Visa or permanent residents who have lived outside Japan for 6+ months. Non-Japanese passport holders with permanent resident status in Japan cannot use the JR Pass.
Keep the "Temporary Visitor Stamp" obtained at immigration, so you are entitled to a JR Pass. Do not enter Japan through automatic gates, as your passport will not be stamped.

Adults must be aged 12+ when purchasing an exchange order or rail pass
Adult ticket holders or child ticket holders can bring up to 2 toddlers (1-5 years old) free of charge
Starting from the third toddler, you have to buy a child ticket
Infants under one year old can ride for free
Child tickets are required for every under five under the following conditions: When the under five requires their seat and when the under five travels alone.

E-ticket

E-tickets cannot be cashed.
