Please make an online reservation at least 5 days prior to the activity day with the form
Check-in for the course at Life Master Hotel or entrance 1 hour earlier than the selected time. Provide a voucher code to redeem and arrive at the ski resort with the physical voucher 1 hour earlier than the selected time
The course duration is 1 hour
You should wear your personal clothes to keep warm (jacket, gloves, mask, hat), but if needed, the resort provides rentals
SKI (Skiing) Age Limit: Children aged above 7 (The smallest shoe size is 20 cm)SB (Snowboard) Age Limit: Children aged above 10 (The smallest shoe size is 22 cm)
The package can't be used with other courses or plans
For safety reasons, this voucher is not applicable to self-guided skiing
Any changes or notices will be announced on the official website
The voucher can't be resold. Little Ding-Dong Science Theme Park and have the right to decline the order

Any changes in dates must be made 4 - 6 days (excluding the activity day) before the activity date. The change can only be made once in the activity run by the same operating company. if there's any price difference caused by rescheduling, the customer shall make it up. No cancellation once the rescheduling is made
Any changes made before 3 days of the activity day will be charged NTD 500 if there are still available courses. No refund if all the courses are fully booked. If you want to add additional people to the course, please reach out to Little Ding Dong Ski Resort through Line Customer Service at least 2 days before the activity day
If you can't take the course for any reason, it is available to transfer the quota to others 3 days (excluding the activity day) before the activity day. Please reach out to Little Ding Dong Ski Resort through Line Customer Service to inform the names and contacts of the new participant
