Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late
Make sure that your mobile phone is switched to silent mode and avoid using it while inside the spa
The offer is not applicable to machine-related treatments
Please be responsible for your personal belongings. / the operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service

Prohibitions & Limitations

The activity is not recommended: pregnant women
Outside food and drinks are not allowed
Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
Pets are prohibited
It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility
Tipping is optional
Any additional charges will be made clear to the guest, and the guest can choose whether to purchase or not
