The operator reserves the right to cancel any scheduled ride at any time due to factors such as lack of participation, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances
In case of ride cancellation, the operator will immediately notify you
The operator will offer you the option to reschedule for another ride on a different date or provide a refund of the ride deposit and balance, less any deposits paid for pre-booked accommodation, activities, and administrative fees
You must not exceed local traffic laws, speed limits, or your riding experience level; any fines acquired during rental period will be charge to CC
You must hold a full motorcycle license valid for riding in New Zealand or possess an international driver’s permit
You are responsible for riding at your own pace and within your level of experience at all times

The activity is not recommended: PWDs (persons with disabilities)
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
