There is no luggage storage facility at the venue
There is no room to store luggage and/or large bags on this tour. Please leave them at your accommodations or vehicles
Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity
Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity
For scuba diving travelers, please do not board a plane within 24 hrs after your experience, consume alcohol, or engage in physical activities.
If the traveler voluntarily gives up the scuba diving activity due to personal reasons, unfortunately, there will be no refund

Prohibitions & Limitations

The activity is able to accommodate the following dietary requirements: vegetarian diets
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
The following items are prohibited: firearms / weapons of any kind / cigarettes / illegal substances / cremated remains / flammable items / sharp objects
Pets are prohibited
Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / epilepsy / heart disease / asthma / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women
A surcharge of MYR15/10 will apply if Transfers to or from hotels located in Putatan/Inanam/Kolombong/Penampang will incur the following fees: 1 - 3 people: RM15/person; 4 or more: RM10/person, payable onsite
A surcharge of MYR45 / 40 will apply if transfers to or from hotels located in Tuaran/Kinarut will incur the following fee: 1 - 3 people: RM45/person; 4 or more: RM40/person, payable onsite
