Children under 3 years are free of charge.
Children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

General

When booking, enter the correct email address or phone number. Input errors may result in tickets not being delivered.
Tickets that have been purchased cannot be rescheduled.
Tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Ticket sales may be stopped at any time, following the policies of the promoter or tiket.com.

E-ticket

E-tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, either partially or in full.

Additional Information

No need to book a time slot.
In case of bad weather, the Singapore Flyer will temporarily stop for safety reasons. The Time Capsule will continue to operate normally.
If bad weather occurs, you can revisit with the original voucher if your ticket hasn't been scanned. If your ticket has been scanned, Singapore Flyer will provide a re-entry letter.

Last admission is at 9:30 PM. Check the official website for the daily opening hours prior to your visit.

National Day Moonlight Flight

Last admission is at 7.30 AM.
Guests who miss the Moonlight Flight visiting hours will not be allowed entry during regular operating hours of the Singapore Flyer.
Guests who have already purchased Singapore Flyer + Time Capsule tickets for admission during regular operating hours will be permitted to participate in the Moonlight Flight. However, there will be no refunds for any price differences in tickets.

The dress code for this attraction is smart casual. Shorts, sandals, and slippers are not allowed.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the capsule. Guests will be charged a corkage fee if they choose to bring their own bottles.
Please arrive at the VIP Lounge on Level 1 30 minutes before your reserved slot.
For dietary restrictions, special arrangements, and rescheduling requests, kindly email customer service at least three days before your reservation.
To ensure a safe and delightful experience, bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled in the event of flight suspension due to inclement weather.
