If closed, the Ryoan-ji Temple will be visited instead. - Kinkaku-ji Temple (45 minutes) - Kyoto Imperial Palace (40 minutes) | Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays if Monday is a national holiday, 14 to 17 May, New Year's holidays, and Imperial Household event.
