A medium level of fitness is required for this activity, as you will be walking around the geothermal and cultural parks
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Adult swimwear can be hired or purchased at the Spa Essentials Shop
Please consult your medical practitioner if you are pregnant or in the case of heart conditions, other serious medical conditions, or allergy to sulfur
Additional charges may apply for customers who are late by more than 10 minutes beyond the scheduled pick-up time
The operator bears no responsibility for delays or missed appointments due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic or adverse weather conditions
The operator reserves the right to deny service to individuals for reasons including, but not limited to, intoxication or disruptive behavior
The operator retains the right to terminate shuttle service at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or safety concerns
Customers should check before leaving to ensure they have all their belongings as the operator will not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle
Changes to the booking, like extra stops or destination changes, must be communicated to the operator beforehand and may result in extra fees
Price includes up to 2 pieces of standard luggage per person. Extra luggage will be charged at NZD 4.00 per piece

The activity is not recommended: other serious medical conditions / PWDs (persons with disabilities)
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
