To access your e-ticket, open the “Your Orders” menu on the tiket.com application.
E-ticket does not need to be printed. Just show the e-ticket from your smartphone during ticket redemption or at the entrance gate (you have to show the e-ticket directly from the tiket.com app, not a screenshot). Please adjust your screen brightness.
Please show your valid ID card during the ticket redemption process.

Please have the QR code ready at hand in advance and come to the entrance
If you arrive outside of your reserved time, you will not be able to join the tour, so give yourself extra time to come to the venue
For every disabled visitor with a valid ticket purchased (aged 4 or older), a free carer ticket will be provided. Carers tickets can only be collected from the ticket windows when you arrive. And you must provide assistance to the visitors and we currently accept the following proof of entitlement: Disability Handbook. Please see here for details
For those arranging their own chartered bus to come to the venue, please make a reservation for bus parking in advance from the Contact Center. Parking fee is JPY5,000 per bus, and JPY1,800 per car
