How to Exchange E-Voucher

Show the e-ticket received via email or on the “My Order” page in the tiket.com application to the officer in the field to scan the QR Code. Adjust the brightness level of the phone screen before showing the QR Code.
After the QR Code has been successfully verified, the customer will get a wristband that you can use to enter the venue.
Customers are required to wear masks, bring personal hand sanitizers, and comply with all health protocols during the event.

Terms & Conditions

General

Ticket buyers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set by the Organizer.
Tickets for the General Admission and Premium General Admission categories can only be purchased through the official Tiket.com platform.
Ticket buyers are obliged to be careful of counterfeit tickets and the Organizer will not be responsible for any losses suffered by ticket buyers due to unauthorized ticket purchases.
Ticket purchase price includes tax.
Ticket purchases are final so they cannot be returned in any form and ticket buyers cannot request changes to the schedule or ticket category.
Event attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
Event visitors are required to have received the vaccine and have the Peduli Lindungi application.
All visitors are required to have received Covid-19 booster vaccine.
Event visitors are required to maintain applicable health protocols.
The Organizer may apply additional regulations regarding health protocols at any time in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.
The e-ticket exchange with an NFC wristband is carried out by the ticket buyer by showing the original ID card. If authorized, the power of attorney is obliged to bring a power of attorney that has been signed by the Buyer on a stamp and a photocopy of the ID card of the power of attorney.

Specific

Ticket redemption can be done from 27-30 September 2022 at Discovery Shopping Mall, Jl. Kartika Plaza, Kuta, Badung, Bali, at a time to be announced at a later date by the Organizer.
The organizer is not responsible for loss or damage to the NFC wristband so that it cannot be used during the event due to negligence of event visitors.
Open gate time and event start time may change at any time without prior notification from the Organizer.
Visitors are prohibited to:

Bring food and drinks from outside the event in any form.
Prohibited for carrying and using a vape.
Bringing to the location of the event and/or using drugs, psychotropics, and/or other addictive substances before and during the event.
Carrying and/or using sharp weapons or other sharp objects, firearms, explosive devices and/or which can cause explosions, and other objects that can injure and/or threaten the safety of the parties at the event location.
Disrupt public order and/or violate the regulations stipulated by the Organizer, local customary and regional regulations, and the prevailing laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.

If the visitor brings items that are prohibited in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to confiscate the items and will not return them to the visitor.
Visitors are required to be responsible for the safety of themselves and all visitors' belongings during the event.
The organizers will provide medical tent facilities for visitors.
The organizer will provide a parking area on Sunset Road.
Further information regarding access to the event location can be accessed through www.ultrabali.com.
The Organizer will provide free shuttle bus facilities for General Admission and Premium General Admission ticket holders, with pick-up and drop-off points to be announced by the Organizer no later than 3 (three) days before the event.
If a visitor violates public order and/or the applicable laws and regulations, the Organizer has the right to follow up on the matter either by himself or to the competent authorities.
In case of force majeure which causes the Organizer to not be able to carry out the event, the Organizer will provide further information to ticket buyers.
