Show the e-ticket received via email or on the “Your Orders” page in the tiket.com application to the officer in the field to scan the QR Code. Adjust the brightness level of the phone screen before showing the QR Code.
For customers under 17 years old, you can use a student card if you don't have an identity card.
Customers must comply with all health and security protocols during the event.

To purchase the "Add-on" package, you must first acquire the "General Admission" ticket.
By purchasing a ticket, the customer is considered to have read, understood, and agreed with all the Terms & Conditions of the event.
Prices include tax.
Tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable.
Tickets that have been purchased cannot be rescheduled.
The buyer must fill in the order data following the personal data on the official identity card.
Ticket sales can be stopped or started at any time by tiket.com following the promoter's or tiket.com's policies.
Customers are required to maintain the applicable health and security protocols.

E-ticket

E-tickets are non-refundable.
