Tickets are not transferable/tradable and cannot be changed to another person for any reason, including using power of attorney, which is also invalid.

The maximum purchase for 1 tiket.com account is limited to 5 tickets.
For every purchase of more than 1 ticket in 1 tiket.com account, the buyer MUST enter the data of all participants who will join the event venue according to their official Identity (KTP/KK/PASSPORT). Please prepare all buyer data according to official identity before making a purchase. Full name and identity will be checked when entering the venue.
Ensure you purchase tickets using valid data (KTP/KK/SIM/Passport). Tickets cannot be changed or modified after making a purchase.

Ticket buyers of more than 1 ticket in 1 tiket.com account MUST enter simultaneously because the QR Code sent is only 1 and can only be scanned once; those who want to join the festival area, not together, are expected to buy a single festival ticket.
Buyers only have 15 minutes to complete the ticket purchase transaction, starting from filling in the data until completing the payment; if it exceeds the specified time limit, the ticket will be considered VOID by the system.

Tickets in the form of QR codes will appear immediately when you have finished making payments.
Distributing the QR code to prevent misuse by others is prohibited, and the promoter is not responsible for negligence caused by ticket holders.
QR code tickets cannot be screenshotted and printed; they can only be shown via cell phone to be scanned as proof to enter the concert area.
Tickets are single entry, visitors who have left cannot re-enter the concert area and must buy a new ticket if it is still available.
Tickets purchased are non-refundable for any reason, including due to changes in schedule and/or program arrangement. Excluded if there is a concert cancellation due to the Organizer's initiative.
A detailed Identity Check is conducted when you enter the Festival Area.
The Organizer has the right to prohibit the entry of ticket holders who do not comply with the applicable terms and conditions.
The ticket holder, with this, declares to waive all legal rights to file a counterclaim through the court or other lawful means to sue the Organizer in the event of a cancellation made unilaterally by the Artist and/or by the Government or for other reasons beyond the control and will of the Organizer (force majeure).
The ticket owner at this moment declares and gives consent to the Organizer to receive, use, and process the ticket owner's data (including but not limited to personal data, medical data, pre-existing health conditions, and other personal data and/or information that may be considered sensitive under applicable laws and regulations). The ticket owner agrees that the Organizer may share such information with the relevant Government Agencies or third parties legally appointed by the Government and/or other parties related to the concert.
Ravel Entertainment is not responsible for event tickets (QR code) that do not come from official ticketing partners.
All terms and conditions regarding tickets are the policy of the Organizer and cannot be contested.
